Creative Sete

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains clearly what personal data we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of your data is Creative Sete (tax number 518533581), a video production company based in Lisbon. For any privacy matter, you can contact us using the details at the end of this page.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data needed to answer your requests and provide our services:

  • Contact details you give us when you fill in the quote request or free guide forms: name, email and, where applicable, phone number.
  • The content of the messages you send us, including the description of your event, course or project.
  • Basic technical data collected automatically by our hosting for security and for the site to work (for example, IP address and browser type).

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not ask for payment details through the site.

3. What we use your data for

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To answer quote and contact requests and prepare tailored proposals.
  • To send the free guide you requested and, occasionally, tips or relevant information, when you consent to receiving them.
  • To manage the business relationship and the delivery of our video production services.
  • To keep the site secure and working properly.

Legal basis: processing is based on your consent, on pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract, and on our legitimate interest in replying to you and improving our services.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or for the period required by legal obligations. If you only asked for a quote or the guide and we do not go ahead with a project, you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. To run the site and communicate with you we use service providers who act as processors and handle data only under our instructions:

  • Site hosting and security (the infrastructure that serves the pages).
  • Form processing (the service that delivers submitted messages to us by email).
  • Contact management (the internal tool where we organise incoming requests).
  • Measurement and advertising: Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), only when you allow analytics or marketing cookies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, always with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

6. Cookies

We use three categories of cookies and equivalent technologies:

  • Essential: needed for the site to work safely and to store your cookie choice. They are always on and do not require consent.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager, so we understand how many people visit the site and which pages they see. Only enabled if you allow them.
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel and Google Ads, to measure the results of our campaigns and show relevant ads. Only enabled if you allow them.

Until you choose, nothing beyond essential cookies is enabled: we use Google consent mode, which keeps analytics and marketing blocked by default. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days, after which we ask again.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in cookie settings. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
  • Request deletion of your data (the right to be forgotten).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Request portability of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before that.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), the supervisory authority in Portugal.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Even so, no system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy whenever needed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. We recommend checking it from time to time.
